If you like to have fun, socialize, relax, dance, cycle, step, stretch, shape or tone, our Group Exercise Class timetable has a range of exciting classes all designed to suit a variety of ages and fitness levels including:

Zumba

A latin inspired dance fitness class which is dynamic, exciting and exhilarating. It contains fast and slow rhythms that tone, sculpt the body using aerobic/fitness approach. It is easy to master in a party like atmosphere that is fun, motivational and a different way to evercise in disguise.

Tai Chi

A class suitable for all ages and abilities it is a gentle way to strengthen the body both inside and out. Some of the many benefits of practicing Tai Chi are feeling more relaxed and focussed both physically and mentally.

Fitness Pilates

integrates a mix of the original exercises and ideas with modern research and updated techniques. It is a group exercise class aimed at all levels, ages and abilities designed to enhance your posture, strength, balance and stability.

Aero Blast

A structured class mixing aerobics and funky new dance moves. Designed and taught to cater for all fitness levels.

Body Blast

A focused conditioning class designed to work out the entire body using simple, effective exercises.

Fitball

Using gym balls, this full body workout concentrates on toning the core muscles of the abdomen, lower back and bottom.

Legs, Bums & Tums

A structured toning class focusing on firming those problem areas.

Pilates

Mat-based Pilates - improves posture, mobility, flexibility, strength and muscle tone in core, buttocks, thighs, arms, shoulders and back. It boosts the immune system, increases bone density and complements any exercise routine. The Ultimate Mind - Body Workout!

Spinning

All fitness levels can work together in this motivating calorie-burning class. Helps to improve stamina and aerobic capacity.

Yoga

A class to improve your suppleness and flexibility. A great way to reduce stress and keep fit.
